dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fotovoltaikou. Stručně seznamuje s technologií, spolehlivostí a problematikou fotovoltaických panelů a možností instalace fotovoltaické elektrárny. Fotovoltaická elektrárna je brána jako zdroj investice, který závisí jak na ekonomických vstupech, tak i na jejím umístění. Zpracovaná analýza by měla napomoci potenciálním investorům v rozhodování, zda podobnou investici realizovat či nikoliv. Dále je uvedena související legislativa, která stanoví podmínky výstavby sluneční elektrárny a výše výkupních cen pro daný rok. Předpoklad, že bez dotovaných výkupních cen nelze investici do solární elektrárny považovat za výhodnou, se potvrdila. Bez dotovaných výkupních cen není možné vybudovat rentabilní solární elektrárnu. Pokud je výkupní cena dotována, je situace opačná. Jedná se pak o velmi výnosnou investici s minimálním stupněm rizikem, tím pádem se fotovoltaická elektrárna stala jednou z nejvýnosnějších investicí v ČR. V praktické části byl vytvořen nástroj, program Solárník, k analýze zamýšlené investice.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of this thesis is the photovoltaic. The theoretical part of the work gives a basic introduction on the technology, its solidity and calculability. It also gives information on the problem of photovoltaic panels and the possibilities of the investments to the photovoltaic power stations. A photovoltaic power station is considered as a source of a financial investment which is dependent on both the economical inputs and the location. The analysis which has been done as a part of this thesis should be of a help to the potential monatory investors. The explanation might help the potential investors to decide on the base of the relevant facts whether their investment might be profitable or not. Furthermore, the thesis states facts on the topical legal background which is important mainly for stating the conditions of the fabrication and the buyout prices for the particular year. The anticipation that the investment to the photovoltaic power energy cannot be rentable without a subsidy buyout prices came true. The nonexistence of the subvene buyout price cannot lead to a raising of a rentable power station. In case of a subvene buyout prices the situation is completely different. In such case a raising of a photovoltaic power station is a payable and lucrative investment with a minimum level of risk and thus the photovoltaic power energy creates one of the most profitable investment options in the Czech Republic.
