Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá školní družinou. Cílem práce je pomocí dotazníkovéhošetření zjistit, jak rodiče hodnotí činnost školní družiny. Začátek teoretické části se věnujevýchově mimo vyučování a jejím funkcím. Další kapitoly popisují školní družinu, osobnostvychovatele a vývoj mladšího školního věku. Poslední kapitola se zabývá vztahem školnídružiny a rodičů. Výzkumné šetření je zaměřeno na hodnocení a vnímání školní družiny rodiči,pozornost je směřována na funkce školní družiny, na komunikaci rodičů s vychovateli a vztahvychovatele s žáky, ale i na zjištění celkové spokojenosti rodičů se školní družinou. Výzkumbyl realizován na vzorku 147 rodičů dětí navštěvujících 4 školní družiny v Libereckém kraji.Empirická část přináší poznatky, které mohou využít školní družiny k možnému zlepšení jejichčinnosti.
The thesis deals with after-school programmes. The objection of the thesis is to identifyhow parents assess the functioning of after-school programmes, based on a research survey.The introductory part of the theoretical section deals with education outside the classand its functions. The following chapters describe after-school programmes, the personalityof an educator and the development of younger school-age children. The final chapterof the theoretical section explores the relationship between after-school programmesand parents. The research survey focuses on parental assessment and perception of after-schoolprogrammes, including the functions of the programmes, the communication between parentsand educators and the relationship between the educator and children. The survey also focusedon parental overall satisfaction with after-school programmes. The research was conductedon a sample of 147 parents whose children attend 4 after-school programmes in Liberec Region.The research section of the thesis provides insights that can be used to improve the functioningof after-school programmes.
