dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na proces problem solvingu a jeho nástroje. Na základě literární rešerše a analýzy současného stavu řešení problémů od fáze plánovací až po fázi implementace je navržen zlepšující projekt. Cílem tohoto projektu je zefektivnění a digitalizace problem solvingu a využitých nástrojů za pomoci prvků Průmyslu 4.0 vzhledem k současným možnostem vybraného podniku. Měřítka úspěchu návrhu jsou primárně úspora času seřizovačů, redukce digitální mudy, kvalita sběru dat a také efektivita procesu problem solvingu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with the process of problem solving and its tools. Based on the literature review and the analysis of the current problem-solving process from the planning phase to implementation, a new design is proposed. The aim is to increase efficiency and the digitalization of the problem-solving process and its tools by implementing elements of Industry 4.0 relative to the present capabilities of the selected company. The success metrics of the design are primarily the saved time for setters, reduction of digital muda, the quality of data collecting and finally the efficiency of the problem-solving process as well.	en
