Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou umisťování dětí do školských ústavních zařízení. Samotná práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována právním normám a organizačním opatřením, která ošetřují oblast péče o děti v ústavních zařízeních, druhy školských ústavních zařízení a formy náhradní rodinné péče. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány problémové rodině, syndromu ohroženého dítěte a důvodům umísťování dětí do ústavní péče. Praktická část obsahuje stanovení předpokladů, charakteristiku výběrového souboru, použité metody práce a rozbor získaných informací. Předmětem této části je analyzovat příčiny umístění dětí do dětského domova, zjistit, který z důvodů umístění dětí do ústavního zařízení je nejčastější. Zda se jedná převážně o ekonomický charakter nebo zda důvody vyplývají z nezvládnuté výchovy v rodině. Základním cílem empirické části je získání a zpracovaní názorů odborníků z praxe na umisťování dětí do ústavních zařízení.
This bachelor´s dissertation concerns itself with the problem area of the placement of the children in school institutional facilities. The work itself is divided into a theoretical and practical section. The theoretical section is dedicated to the legal standards and organisational measures which regulate the area of childcare in institutional facilities, the types of school institutional facilities and the forms of foster family care. The further chapters are dedicated to the areas of problem families, endangered child syndrome and the reasons for placing children in institutional care. The practical section contains the designation of the hypotheses, the characteristic of the selection group, the used work methods and an analysis of the acquired information. This part includes an analysis of the causes of the placement of children in children´s homes and the aim is to find out which reasons for placing children in children´s homes are most frequent: whether this involves a predominantly economic factor or whether the reasons arise from a failed upbringing in the family. The fundamental goal of the empirical section is the acquisition and processing of the opinions of the experts based on their experience of the placement of the children in institutional facilities.
