dc.description.abstractThe Bachelor work has considered the problem of the crime against property and resulted from the current law and order. The target was to document case history of a progress of the crime against property in Česká Lípa district, as well as its most frequent way of performance. The work has been formed of two structured fields. It includes a theoretical part, based on information resources, describing the problem of the crime against property. Yet it brings out the causes and factors of this effect regarding the criminal law. The work is also focused on offenders and victims and also points out the many obscurities and discrepancies of the significant fields, all through the use of each chapter. The practical part, based on quantitative analysis and a method of exploration of available empirical data, investigates the most frequent kind of the crime against property and also the fact whether there is a dicrease in general criminal activities committed by such offenders. Furthermore, it sees to the mode of performing the crime against property commited by particular offenders. The greatest benefit of this work, considering the problem mentioned above, is probably the insight into further possible causes of the crime against property and the prevention against that.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou majetkové trestné činnosti a vycházela ze současného právního stavu. Jejím cílem bylo zadokumentovat vývoj majetkové trestné činnosti a její nejčastější způsob provedení v České Lípě. Práci tvořily dvě strukturované oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí informačních zdrojů a pramenů popisovala majetkovou kriminalitu. Dále objasňovala příčiny, faktory podle trestního práva. Zaměřila se také na pachatele, oběti, jakož i upozorňovala na mnohé nejasnosti a nesrovnalosti v těchto oblastech, a to s pomocí jednotlivých kapitol. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí kvantitativní analýzy a metody explorace dostupných empirických dat, jaké majetkové trestné činnosti se nejvíce pachatelé dopouštějí a zda trestná činnost těchto pachatelů klesá. Dále jaké způsoby provedení majetkové trestné činnosti se u těchto pachatelů nejvíce vyskytují. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat přiblížení možných dalších příčin majetkové trestné činnosti a jejich možná prevence.cs
