Abstract
Diplomová práce se nazývá Zátažná jednolícní krytá pletenina konstrukce vazby. Teoretická část obsahuje popis vybraných vazeb zátažných pletenin, okrouhlých pletacích strojů, definice a způsoby měření základních parametrů použitých nití a pletenin. Důležitou částí jsou užitné a zpracovatelské vlastnosti krytých pletenin, rozměrová stabilita pletenin a odolnost pletenin v oděru. Poslední teoretickou částí jsou geometrické modely struktury pleteniny a vlastní modely struktury krytých pletenin. Experimentální část obsahuje popis výchozích délkových textilií, testované vzorky pletenin a jejich základní parametry, jako je průměr nití, délka nitě v očku, hustota pletenin, plošná hmotnost a tloušťka. Dále způsob testování domácím praním a sušením a vyhodnocení výsledků, včetně základních parametrů pleteniny po praní a sušení. V závěru práce je vyhodnocení oděru pletenin a diskuse všech výsledků experimentální práce.
Master thesis is called Plated single-face fabric knitted structure. The theoretical part contains the description of selected weft knitting structure and circular knitting machine, definitions and methods of measuring the basic parameters of used threads and knitted fabric. Important parts are utility and workability, dimensional stability and abrasion resistance of plated single face fabric. Geometric models of weft knitting structure and my own models of plated single-face fabric structure are the last theoretical part. The practical part contains the description of used threads, tested knitted fabrics and their basic parameters, such as thread diameter, stitch length, density, area weight and thickness. Another part includes testing of household washing and drying, evaluation of results, including basic parameters after washing and drying. The conclusion of my master thesis is evaluation of flat abrasion and discussion about all the results from the practical part.
