Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem změny podnikatelského plánu fiktivní cestovní kanceláře, která by svou dosavadní činnost přizpůsobila obratu v poptávce u své cílové skupiny pozvednutím zájezdů dark turismu na hlavní činnost. V této práci je možné najít teoretická východiska, která specifikují tuto oblast, a jsou použita v praktické části, která obsahuje návrh pilotního zájezdu dark turismu, který zmíněnou změnu představuje. Součástí praktické části je také dotazníkové šetření, v rámci kterého byly zjišťovány názory respondentů na zájezd dark turismu, a jehož vyhodnocení bylo použito při sestavování pilotního zájezdu.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a proposal for the extension of business plan for fictitious travel agency. This travel agency would tailor their existing activities to the change in demand their target group, which are students and their teachers at high schools. The change would lie in the elevation of dark tourism package tours from the additional to the main business activity. This work contains theoretical base that specifies the area of dark tourism and all of its terms that are vital to the future plans of the fictitious travel agency. This theoretical base was used by the creation of the new dark tourism package tour that will represent the extension of the business plan. One part of this work is the questionnaire survey that focused on the respondent's opinions for the dark tourism package tours and the information following from this survey was used as very important source by the creation of the package tour. The main contribution of this thesis consists of an analysis of an interesting tourism area, that is not fully defined and represents attractive possibility for travel agencies, that are looking for a new inspiration for their business activities.
