dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá rozhodováním, které se řadí mezi stěžejní pravidelné manažerské funkce. Cílem práce je pomocí vybraných rozhodovacích metod vytvořit návrh řešení rozhodovacího problému dle stanovených kritérií a zhodnotit přínos pro konkrétní podnik. Teoretická část práce objasňuje základní pojmy v oblasti manažerského rozhodování. Dále se zaměřuje na rozhodovací proces, jeho jednotlivé fáze a popis vybraných rozhodovacích metod. Praktická část práce následně tyto poznatky aplikuje na konkrétní rozhodovací problém ve zvoleném podniku v odvětví finančních služeb. Práce ukazuje pomocí vybraných rozhodovacích metod v jednotlivých fázích rozhodovacího procesu průběh řešení hlavního problému, kterým je klesající motivace pracovníků, vedoucí k jejich celkové nespokojenosti ve společnosti. Závěrečná část práce, vycházející z provedené podrobné analýzy současného stavu ve společnosti, obsahuje návrh na implementaci nového zaměstnaneckého benefitu s cílem zvýšit motivaci zaměstnanců a jejich celkovou spokojenost ve společnosti v dlouhodobém časovém horizontu s ohledem na stanovená kritéria výběru a aktuální možnosti podniku.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis deals with decision making, which is one of the core regular managerial functions. The aim of the thesis is to use selected decision-making methods to create a proposal for a solution to a decision-making problem according to specified criteria and to evaluate the benefits for a specific enterprise. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts in the field of managerial decision making. It also focuses on the decision-making process, its individual stages and description of selected decision-making methods. The practical part of the thesis then applies this knowledge to a specific decision-making problem in a selected enterprise in the financial services sector. The thesis shows, by means of the selected decision-making methods in the individual stages of the decision-making process, the course of solving the main problem, which is the decreasing motivation of employees, leading to their overall dissatisfaction in the company. The final part of the thesis, based on a detailed analysis of the current situation in the company, contains a proposal for the implementation of a new employee benefit to increase employee motivation and their overall satisfaction in the company in the long term, taking into account the established selection criteria and the current capabilities of the company.en
