Abstract
Zadáním DP je revitalizace bývalého měšťanského pivovaru v Broumově. Areál pivovaru tvoří skupina staveb, které byly
dlouhou dobu nevyužívané a které postupně chátrají. Budovy pivovaru se nacházejí v atraktivní poloze na hraně
kompaktní historické zástavby středu města a současně navazují na barokní klášterní zahrady a městský park.
Významný je výškový rozdíl mezi úrovní ulice a úrovní prostranství, které navazuje na park. Cílem návrhu je v souladu
se záměry města nalézt nové využití opuštěných a chátrajících budov, nalézt takový program , který bude přitažlivý
pro všechny generace a vznikne nové městské kulturní a společenské centrum. V rekonstruovaném objektu a případné
přístavbě by měly být umístěny prostory Základní umělecké školy, městské knihovny s nezbytným zázemím, výstavní
prostory, multifunkční sál, kavárna, apod. Současně bude řešeno začlenění objektu do daného místa z hlediska
urbanistického, provozně funkčního a dopravního. Součástí projektu bude návrh úprav navazujících venkovních
prostranství a krajinářské řešení.
The task of the diploma thesis is the revitalization of the former burgher's brewery in Broumov. The premises of the brewery consist of a group of buildings that were unused for a long time and which are gradually deteriorating. The brewery buildings are located in an attractive location on the edge compact historical buildings in the center of the city and at the same time they connect to the baroque monastery gardens and the city park. There is a significant difference in height between the street level and the level of the space that connects to the park. The goal of the proposal is consistent with the city's intentions to find a new use for abandoned and dilapidated buildings, to find such a program that will be attractive for all generations and a new urban cultural and social center will be created. In the reconstructed building and possible the extension should house the premises of the Basic Art School, the city library with the necessary facilities, and exhibition spaces premises, multifunctional hall, cafe, etc. At the same time, the integration of the object into the given place will be solved from the point of view of urban, functional and transport. Part of the project will be the design of subsequent outdoor modifications space and landscape solutions.
