Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá studií zaměstnávání cizinců ve společnosti Jablotron Alarms, a.s. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy, které jsou nezbytné k pochopení současné problematiky zaměstnávání cizinců. Je v ní vymezen rozdíl rozsahu povinností zaměstnavatele při zaměstnávání osob ze členských států Evropské unie včetně Norska, Švýcarska, Lichtenštejnska a cizinců z třetích zemí. Diplomová práce je doplněna přehledem pobytových režimů, na jejichž základě mohou cizinci pracovat a žít v České republice. Nechybí v ní charakteristika historického vývoje počtu cizinců včetně aktuálních dat. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na proces zaměstnávání cizinců této společnosti. Zhodnocuje i ekonomické dopady na podnik v případě jejich zaměstnávání. V závěru je uveden konkrétní návrh a doporučení na rozšíření metodiky zaměstnávání cizinců. Poslední kapitola vyhodnocuje dotazníkové šetření, které bylo pro tuto diplomovou práci realizováno.
This thesis deals with the study of employing foreigners in the Jablotron Alarms Company, Inc. The theoretical part defines the key concepts that are necessary to understand the current problems of employing foreigners. It shows the difference in the extent of the employer's obligations when employing people from European Union member states plus Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and foreigners from the third countries. The thesis is supplemented with an overview of residential schemes under which foreigners can work and live in the Czech Republic. There is also the characterization of historical development of the number of foreigners, including the current data. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the process of employing foreigners in this company. It assesses economic impacts on the company in case of their employing. In the conclusion there is a concrete proposal and recommendation for extending the methodology of employing foreigners. The last chapter evaluates the questionnaire survey which was realized for this thesis.
