dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the characteristics of the crucial elements determining the influence and the position of trade union in selected countries of the European Union. It is especially focused on the analysis of the social dialogue and the social partners in the Czech Republic and consequently on the comparison with the selected EU members. The thesis handles as well the characteristics of the Czech-Moravian Confederation of Trade Unions, which is the strongest representative of employees that takes part in the institutionalized dialogue in the Czech Republic, and its influence on the economic as well as social policy of the country. The thesis tries to analyze the collective bargaining of Czech Metalworkers{\crq} Federation KOVO in the Škoda Auto company and to evaluate its potential impact on the Czech economy. The content of the thesis also includes the assessment of the influence and position of the social partners in the pan European context from the perspective of the institutionalized social dialogue, the historical tradition and the political culture of the particular country.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou klíčových faktorů determinujících vliv a pozici odborů ve vybraných státech Evropské unie. Zaměřuje se především na analýzu sociálního dialogu a sociálních partnerů v České republice a následně na srovnání s vybranými členskými státy Evropské unie. Dále charakterizuje Českomoravskou konfederaci odborových svazů, jakožto nejsilnějšího zástupce zaměstnanců, který se účastní institucionalizovaného sociálního dialogu v České republice, a její vliv na hospodářskou a sociální politiku země. Snaží se také analyzovat kolektivní vyjednávání OS KOVO ve firmě Škoda Auto a. s. a posoudit jeho potencionální vliv na ekonomiku České republiky. Obsahem diplomové práce je také hodnocení vlivu a pozice sociálních partnerů v širším evropském kontextu z hlediska institucionalizovaného sociálního dialogu, historické tradice a politické kultury příslušné země.cs
