Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá psychedelickým nápojem ayahuaskou. Cílem práce je analýza kulturních a sociálních funkcí ayahuasky v daných kulturních kontextech. Studie se nejprve zabývá dějinami antropologického výzkumu ayahuasky a uvádí jeho nejvýznamnější představitele. Následně popisuje fyziologické a biochemické ayahuasky na lidský organismus. Prezentuje také různé skupiny konzumentů ayahuasky. Nakonec rekapituluje současný stav využití tohoto psychedelika a podává souhrn celé problematiky.
The bachelor thesis focuses on psychedelic drink ayahuasca. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse cultural and social functions of ayahuasca in particular cultural contexts. Firstly, it provides an anthropological research of this psychedelic drink and represents the main representatives of this research. There is also described an analysis of physiological and biochemical effects of ayahuasca on the human body in this part. The next chapters focus on a wide range of ayahuasca users. The last part of the thesis describes the current state of this psychedelic drink and it also includes the final summary.
