dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce Peer-to-peer financování se zabývá možností financování realizované investice prostřednictvím vybraných peer-to-peer platforem. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza peer-to-peer financování, komparace nabídek peer-to-peer platforem a zhodnocení, která varianta je pro klienta nejvýhodnější. Jednotlivé varianty peer-to-peer platforem jsou zhodnoceny na základě finančního hlediska, administrativního hlediska, rychlosti vyřízení peer-to-peer půjčky, zajištění majetku a komunikace s peer-to-peer platformami. V teoretické části jsou nejprve detailně charakterizovány zdroje financování podniku, v následující kapitole je charakterizováno peer-to-peer financování, jeho historie, proces žádosti o půjčku, výhody a nevýhody, právní úprava a vybrané peer-to-peer platformy Zonky, Bankerat a Prestito. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání jednotlivých nabídek peer-to-peer financování pro klienta při realizaci zamýšlené investice ve formě pořízení osobního vozidla k podnikání a výběr nejvhodnější varianty. Nejvýhodnější varianta peer-to-peer půjčky je v závěru komparována s klasickým bankovním úvěrem.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis Peer-to-peer financing deals with the possibility of financing the realized investment through selected peer-to-peer platforms. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compare the offers of peer-to-peer platforms and evaluate which variant is the most advantageous for the client. Individual variants of peer-to-peer platforms are evaluated on the basis of financial, administrative, speed of processing peer-to-peer loans, securing assets and communication with peer-to-peer platforms. The theoretical part describes the sources of financing the company in detail, the following chapter describes the peer-to-peer financing, its history, loan application process, advantages and disadvantages, legislation and selected peer-to-peer platforms Zonky, Bankerat and Prestito. The practical part is focused on the comparison of individual offers of peer-to-peer financing for the client in the implementation of the intended investment in the form of purchasing a vehicle for business and selecting the most suitable option. The most advantageous option of a peer-to-peer loan is finally compared with a classic bank loan.en
