Abstract
Práce se zaměřuje na popis cílů, organizace a metod práce v třídnických hodinách na 1. stupni základních škol. Teoretická část práce zkoumá specifika vzdělávání na 1. stupni a roli třídnických hodin v rámci celkových vzdělávacích cílů. Podrobně se věnuje třídnickým hodinám, jejich cílům a roli v sociálním a emocionálním vzdělávání žáků. Dále se zabývá organizačními formami a metodami práce v třídnických hodinách, včetně jejich výhod a nevýhod a vlivu na aktivní zapojení žáků. Analyzuje také klíčové kompetence učitelů pro efektivní řízení hodin a jejich vliv na klima ve třídě. Praktická část práce se opírá o pozorování v třídnických hodinách a rozhovory s třídními učiteli, poskytuje tak hlubší vhled do fungování třídnických hodin na 1. stupni základních škol. Získané poznatky jsou analyzovány metodami kvalitativního výzkumu, diskutovány a shrnuty.
The thesis explores the aims, organisation and work methods in class lessons at primary schools. The theoretical section of the thesis deals with the specifics of education at primary schools and the role of class lessons within the general educational aims. The section focuses on class lessons, their aims and role within the social and emotional education of pupils. It also describes the organisational forms and work methods in class lessons, including their benefits and drawbacks and their impact on the active engagement of pupils. Moreover, the theoretical section analyses key teacher competences for efficient lesson management and their impact on the class climate. The practical section of the thesis is based on the observation of class lessons and interviews with form teachers. As a result, it provides a deeper insight into the functioning of class lessons at primary schools. The research findings are analysed by qualitative research methods, discussed and summarised.
