dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je měření, porovnání a modelovaní struktur a vlastností kompaktní a prstencové příze. Kompaktní předení lze již určitou dobu řadit mezi nový druh dopřádání. Je to jistý druh modifikace klasického prstencového předení. Tou je zařazení zhušťovací zóny mezi zónu protahování a zónu příze. V tomto procesu kompaktního předení je vlákenný materiál zhušťován a je zakrucována stavba paralelních vláken,tak že přádelní trojúhelník téměř zaniká. V této práci je popsán princip kompaktního předení a jeho vliv na strukturu a vlastnosti všech měřených vzorků. Mimo jiné jsou v publikaci uvedeny metodiky, které dovolí zkoumat kompaktní a prstencovou přízi pomocí mechanicko-fyzikálních vlastností a její vnitřní i vnější struktury. Zejména povrchová struktura příze, to je její chlupatosti a sklony povrchových vláken jsou součástí provedených experimentů.cs
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this diploma thesis is to measure, confront and model structures and properties of compact and ring yarns. The compact spinning can be ranked among new types of fine spinning. It represents a certain modification of the standard ring spinning: between the drafting zone and yarn zone, a compacting zone is added. In the compact spinning, the fibre material is compacted and the structure of parallel fibres is so twisted that the spinning triangle almost ceases to exist. This work describes the principle of the compact spinning and the influence of the compact spinning on the structure and properties of all measured samples. The publication lists, among others, methods used for the investigation into the compact and ring yarns by means of mechanical and physical properties as well as by the internal and external structures. The experiments have focused, in particular, on the surface structure of the yarn, yarn hairiness and slope of surface fibres.en
