Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou neetického jednání pedagogů. Pozornost je zaměřena především na učitelskou etiku a její koncepce, dále na popis neetického jednání a osobní zkušenosti žáků a studentů. Autorka popisuje běžné formy neetického chování, které jsou následně komentovány na základě vybrané koncepce etiky sociálních důsledků. V práci jsou popsány výsledky výzkumů realizovaných v této oblasti. Součásti práce je také zamýšlení se nad formami opatření k prevenci takového chování.
This work deals with the issue of unethical behavior of teachers. Attention is focused on teacher's etics and its concept, description of unethical behaviour and personal experiences of students. The author describes the common forms of unethical behavior, which are then commented according to the chosen concept of ethics social consequences. The work describes results of research carried out in this area and also includes reflection on the forms of action to prevent such behavior.
