dc.description.abstractThe thesis introduces the use of chants in EFL classes in the primary school and describes their credit on motivation of pupils. It basis on the theory about the children learning a foreign language and methodological recommendation for the language teaching. The aim is to verify, if practising chants, which reinforce vocabulary and emphasise rhytmical and intonational character of spoken English language, supports the development of communicational skills. The practical part outlines factual work with the chants, suggests difficulties and possible solving.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce představuje využití chantů ve výuce angličtiny na prvním stupni základní školy a popisuje jejich vliv na motivaci žáků. Vychází z teorie o dětech učících se cizí jazyk a metodických doporučení pro jeho výuku. Cílem je ověřit, zda procvičování chantů, které posilují slovní zásobu a zdůrazňují rytmický a intonační charakter mluveného anglického jazyka, podporuje rozvoj ústní komunikace. Praktická část nastiňuje konkrétní práci s chanty, naznačuje úskalí a doplňuje teorii o možná řešení.cs
