Abstract
Závěrečná práce se věnuje kazuistice vybraného chlapce, kterému byla diagnostikována porucha autistického spektra (PAS). První část práce seznamuje se základní charakteristikou a dělením PAS. Druhá část práce se věnuje anamnéze chlapce a popisu vybraných diagnostických metod aplikovaných v průběhu plnění kazuistiky.
The final part of the thesis deals with a case study of a selected boy who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The first part of the thesis introduces the basic characteristics and division of ASD. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the boy's medical history and description of the selected diagnostic methods applied during the case study.
