Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku partnerství osob s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vymezení pojmů, klasifikaci a etiologii mentálního postižení a zároveň rozebírá specifika potřeb těchto osob. Stěžejní část se soustředí na partnerské vztahy, faktory, které je ovlivňují, a v neposlední řadě i etická dilemata jako je rodičovství nebo sexuální zneužívání. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují vztahy osob s mentálním postižením. Empirická část práce staví na rozhovorech s partnerskými páry s mentálním postižením. Ty jsou následně analyzovány a interpretovány dle faktorů, které ovlivňují vztah partnerů.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of partnerships among individuals with intellectual disabilities. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts, presents the classification and etiology of intellectual disabilities, and explores the specific needs of these individuals. The central part concentrates on romantic relationships, the factors that influence them, and, importantly, addresses ethical dilemmas such as parenthood and sexual abuse. The aim of the thesis is to identify the factors that affect relationships among individuals with intellectual disabilities. The empirical part is based on interviews with couples with intellectual disabilities, which are subsequently analyzed and interpreted in relation to the factors influencing their relationships.
