Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení financování vybrané obchodní společnosti, založené územním samosprávným celkem. První část práce se zaměřuje na systematizaci teoretických poznatků získaných z odborné literatury o veřejné správě. Dále detailněji charakterizuje typy obchodních korporací, jež je možné založit územním samosprávným celkem, konkrétně společnost s ručením omezeným. Práce je zaměřena především na specifika financování těchto společností. V návaznosti na tato specifika se práce zabývá případovou studií na vybrané společnosti. Analyzovanou společností je podnik Sportovní a rekreační areály, s.r.o., zabývající se provozováním tělovýchovných a sportovních zařízení a organizováním sportovních činností. V této části je věnována pozornost vzniku a historii založení, právní formě podnikání a zdrojích financování. Dále se práce zabývá finanční stránkou společnosti a jsou zde rozebrány její způsoby financování. Pro zhodnocení způsobu financování je využito vybraných ukazatelů zadluženosti a aktivity. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny poznatky, týkající se dané společnosti a navržena vlastní doporučení pro optimalizování způsobu financování.
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financing of a selected business company established by a territorial self-governing unit. The first part of the thesis focuses on the systematization of theoretical knowledge obtained from professional literature on public administration. Furthermore, it characterizes in more detail the types of business corporations that can be established by a territorial self-governing entity, specifically a limited liability company. The work is mainly focused on the specifics of the financing of these companies. Following these specifics, the work deals with a case study of selected companies. The analyzed company is the company Sports and Recreation Areas, s.r.o., which operates physical education and sports facilities and organizes sports activities. In this part, attention is paid to the origin and history of establishment, the legal form of business and sources of financing. Furthermore, the work deals with the financial side of the company and its methods of financing are analyzed here. Selected debt and activity indicators are used to evaluate the financing method. At the end of the thesis, the findings related to the given company are evaluated and recommendations for optimizing the financing method are proposed.
