Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh optimalizace prostorového uspořádání pletárny za účelem zlepšení ergonomie pracovního prostředí. V první části je seznámení se základními pojmy výroby splétaných výrobků, definování možných metod a nástrojů pro optimalizaci a zlepšení ergonomie, vysvětleny jsou také možnosti technologického uspořádání dle doporučení průmyslového inženýrství se zohledněním typu výroby. V druhé části jsou stanovena kritéria a shromáždění dat pro nový návrh. Seznámení s konkrétním pracovištěm a provedenou analýzou současného stavu z hlediska toku materiálu a následné shrnutí nedostatků. Práce je zakončena technickým zhodnocením navržené změny pracovního prostoru a posouzení celkového užitku předloženého řešení.
The aim of this thesis is to propose new layout for the production process of braided products. The first part contents an introduction to the basic concepts of the production of braided products, the possibilities of methods and tools to solved the ergonomics, the possibilities of technological arrangement according to the recommendations of industrial engineering, taking into account the type of production, are also explained. The second part sets out the criteria and data collection for the new proposal. It specifies the layout and the analysis of the current state in terms of material flow and the subsequent summary of shortcomings. The thesis ends with a technical evaluation of the proposed changes to the layout and an assessment of benefit of the presented solution.
