Abstract
Diplomová práce má za cíl zjistit, jaký je názor učitelů na neprospívající žáky na druhém stupni základní školy, na příčiny jejich neprospěchu a práci s nimi a vzájemnou spolupráci s jejich rodiči. V současné době se mluví o směřování k inkluzivnímu vzdělávání, a proto bylo zjišťováno, jaký postoj mají učitelé k tomuto způsobu výuky. K zjišťování názorů jednotlivých učitelů byl sestaven dotazník, který byl v praktické části podroben analýze. Snahou je ukázat, koho učitelé považují za neprospívajícího žáka a jak s ním v dnešních podmínkách školy pracují. Dále bylo zjišťováno, za jakých podmínek současní učitelé ve školách vyučují a zda mají podporu rodiny svých žáků a celé společnosti. Učitelé na základě odpovědí nabízejí skutečný pohled do dnešní základní školy.
This final thesis aims to students with low achievement; how the teachers deal with these students; what causes this low achievement and what is the quality of the cooperation between teachers and parents of these students. It is currently spoken about leading to inclusive education; that is why it was found out how the teachers work with this style of education. For this purpose there was made a questionnaire. This questionnaire was analyzed in the practical part of this thesis. The aim was to show who is, in teachers' opinion, a student with low achievement and how do the teachers work with these students. Next part of this questionnaire shows how the parents cooperate with teachers and if the teachers are supported enough from the whole society. This questionnaire shows the overview from basic schools in the Czech Republic at these days.
