Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kontroly rozměrů hotových výrobků a hledá způsob optimalizace postupu technologa při výrobním procesu firmy outsourcující výrobu v Asii.
Způsob řešení zahrnuje rešeršní část zaměřenou na studium plastické anatomie a somatometrie dítěte, charakteristiku tělesných rozměrů a hledání vhodné konstrukční metodiky oděvu zahrnující predikci vlastností materiálu. Dále jsou v rešeršní části přiblíženy způsoby outsourcingové výroby dvou konkrétních firem.
V experimentální části jsou provedeny zkoušky mechanických vlastností pletenin, ze kterých je vyráběno spodní prádlo a výsledky měření jsou použity jako podklad pro optimalizaci pracovního procesu.
V další části je navržen nový postup pro vypracování podkladů pro výrobu dětského prádla, která vychází z predikce chování použitého materiálu a je využitelný v praxi.
The thesis deals with the issue of controlling the dimensions of finished products and seeks to optimize the process of the technologist in the production process of a company outsourcing production in Asia. The method of solution includes a research part focused on the study of plastic anatomy and somatometry of a child, characterization of body dimensions and search for a suitable garment design methodology involving prediction of material properties. Furthermore, the research part presents the outsourcing production methods of two specific companies. In the experimental part, tests of the mechanical properties of the knitted fabrics from which the underwear is made are carried out and the measurement results are used as a basis for work process optimization. In the next part, a new procedure is proposed to develop a basis for the production of children's underwear, which is based on the prediction of the behaviour of the material used and is applicable in practice
