dc.description.abstract	Stejně jako většina oblastí v dnešní době, i hodnocení dodavatelů, podléhá určitým trendům. Předkládaná disertační práce si proto klade za cíl zjistit, jaké metody hodnocení jsou průmyslovými podniky v současnosti nejčastěji využívány a srovnat výsledky s dřívějšími obdobími. Tato práce se proto zaměřuje na identifikaci nejvýznamnějších trendů v oblasti hodnocení dodavatelů v současné době. Stěžejní důraz je kladen na metody a kritéria hodnocení dodavatele, která jsou nedílnou součástí při výběru dodavatele. Hlavním cílem předkládané disertační práce je tedy navrhnout a vytvořit metodický postup hodnocení dodavatelů pro průmyslové podniky s přihlédnutím k jejich specifikům a potřebám. Téma bylo zvoleno zejména se zřetelem k tomu, že tržní prostředí a konkurence se dnes vyvíjí rychleji a dynamičtěji než kdykoliv dříve. Proto i podniky musí být pružnější a aktivnější ve vyhledávání možností tvorby výhod oproti konkurenci a snižování nákladů. Nemalý potenciál v této oblasti má i oblast řízení dodavatelských vztahů a nákupu. V návaznosti na stanovený hlavní cíl a k dosažení celého záměru práce byl hlavní cíl dekomponován na následující dílčí cíle, které směřují k jeho naplnění. Jedná se o:- Dílčí cíl A: Porovnat metody a kritéria hodnocení dodavatelů v průmyslových podnicích v ČR a v SRN.- Dílčí cíl B: Stanovit ukazatele hodnocení dodavatelů průmyslových podniků.- Dílčí cíl C: Identifikovat vhodnou metodu hodnocení dodavatelů s ohledem na specifika průmyslových podniků. - Dílčí cíl D: Otestovat navržený model formou případové studie ve vybraném podniku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Like most areas nowadays, also supplier ratings, are a subject to certain trends. This dissertation thesis therefore aims to find out which evaluation methods are currently most frequently used by industrial companies and compare the results with earlier periods. This study is therefore focused on identifying the most important current trends in the field of supplier evaluation. The main focus is on the supplier evaluation methods and criteria, which are an integral part of the supplier selection.The topic was selected based on the fact that the market environment and competition are now developing faster and more dynamically than ever before. Therefore, businesses need to be more flexible and active in looking for opportunities to create advantages over competition, and lower costs. Great potential in this area is also in the field of supply and purchasing management.In connection to the stated main objective and the achievement of the overall aim of the work, the main objective was decomposed into the following partial objectives, which aim to its fulfillment. This regards to:- Sub-objective A: Compare the methods and criteria of supplier evaluation in industrial plants in the Czech Republic and Germany.- Sub-objective B: Determine the indicators of industrial suppliers' ratings.- Sub-objective C: Identify a suitable method of supplier evaluation with respect to the specifics of industrial enterprises.- Sub-objective D: Test the Designed Model by Case Study in a Selected Business.	en
