dc.description.abstractThe thesis {\clqq}Extended guarantee for middle and back parts of exhausts{\crqq} is dealing with realization of extended guarantee pilot project for the Czech and Slovak Republic. At the beginning of the thesis I introduce readers the functions of the Sales Department of Škoda Genuine Parts and I define the terms genuine parts and genuine exhausts. The other part I dedicate to description of the situation on the market of middle and back parts of exhausts, I also describe the steps of sales promotion. In the following chapter I directly focus on launching the extended guarantee for middle and back parts of exhaust system. The terms extended guarantee, calculations of guarantee costs, benefits and ways of communication are included in other part of my thesis. At the end of thesis I evaluate the impact of extended guarantee for given targets and the direction the project will continue.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce "Prodloužená záruka na střední a zadní díly výfuku" se zabývá realizací pilotního projektu prodloužené záruky výfuků pro Českou a Slovenskou republiku.Úvodem této práce seznamuji čtenáře s fungováním oddělení prodeje Škoda originálních dílů a definuji pojmy originální díly a originální výfuky. Následně se věnuji charakteristice situace na trhu středních a zadních dílů výfuku a popisu opatření na podporu prodeje. V další kapitole se již přímo zaměřuji na zavedení prodloužené záruky pro střední a zadní díly výfukové soustavy. Pojmy prodloužená záruka, výpočty garančních nákladů, přínosy a způsoby komunikace jsou předmětem další části mé práce. Závěrem diplomové práce vyhodnocuji vliv prodloužené záruky na určené cíle a směr, kterým se bude projekt dále ubírat.cs
