Abstract
Diplomová práce s názvem "Řízení výrobních a logistických toků v podniku" se zabývá analýzou interních logistických a výrobních procesů ve společnosti ZF Automotive Czech s.r.o. a následným návrhem opatření pro zlepšení v nalezené problematické části logistických procesů. Úvodní část práce je věnována rešerši zaměřující se na teoretické základy logistiky, řízení materiálového toku z hlediska vybraných nástrojů, jeho skladování a následné zásobování. Aplikační část práce se zabývá představením firmy ZF Automotive Czech s.r.o., která je součástí nadnárodního koncernu ZF Friedrichshafen A.G. se sídlem v Německu. Poté se diplomová práce zaměřuje na procesy v rámci materiálového toku, kde je následně provedena analýza včetně návrhové části řešení kritických oblastí s ekonomickým zhodnocením. Na základě zjištěných skutečností shledává diplomová práce právě oblast skladování materiálu a obalů prostřednictvím využívání externích skladů jako kritickou. Na závěr práce autorka doporučuje navržení konkrétního řešení na odstranění nedostatků v oblasti skladování zásob společně s ekonomickým zhodnocením navrhovaného investičního projektu.
The diploma thesis called "Management of production and logistics flows in the enterprise" deals with the analysis of internal logistics and production processes at ZF Automotive Czech s.r.o. and subsequent proposal of measures for improvement in the found problematic part of the logistics processes. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to research focusing on the theoretical foundations of logistics, material flow management from the point of view of selected tools, its storage and subsequent supply. The application part of the thesis deals with the introduction of the company ZF Automotive Czech s.r.o., which is part of the multinational concern ZF Friedrichshafen A.G. based in Germany. Then the diploma thesis focuses on the processes within the material flow, where an analysis is subsequently carried out, including the design part of the solution of critical areas with economic evaluation. Based on the established facts, the diploma thesis finds the area of material and packaging storage through the use of external warehouses to be critical. At the end of the work, the author recommends the design of a specific solution to eliminate deficiencies in the area of stock storage together with the economic evaluation of the proposed investment project.
