Abstract
Diplomová práce přináší pohled na ústavní výchovu v kontextu transformačních změn v péči o ohrožené děti a rodiny. Vychází jak z teoretických, tak praktických poznatků o dané oblasti. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy, nastiňuje aktuální stav v pojetí ústavní výchovy a poskytuje komplexní pohled na péči o ohrožené děti a rodiny. Blíže se zabývá specifiky ústavní výchovy v dětských domovech rodinného typu.Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak se ústavní výchova promítá do života dětí umístěných do dětských domovů. Předmětem kvalitativního výzkumu je realizace ústavní výchovy dětí v dětském domově. Výzkum byl proveden s vychovateli a dětmi ze dvou dětských domovů, z nichž jeden funguje na principu malého rodinného domova. Dílčím cílem práce je zjistit pozitiva malého rodinného domova, jehož forma je v České republice zatím spíše ojedinělá. Zjištění lze využít v rámci doporučení ostatním dětským domovům.
This diploma thesis introduces in the institutional care for endangered children and their families viewed from the perspective with respect to the transformation changes in the field. The thesis' outcome is based on both the theoretical knowledge and practical considerations. It´s theoretical part introduces into the basic professional terminology, visualizes the contemporary approach in the institutional childcare and education and provides with a complex view in the care for endangered children and their families. It takes a closer look at the specifics of institutional care in small scale family-like facilities.The overall aim was set to identify the influence of the institutional care and education on the lives of children settled in childcare facilities. A qualitative research was performed, the subject of which is the execution of the institutional childcare and education in the institutional facilities. The examinations were performed with caretakers and children settled in two childcare facilities one of which operates on principles of a small scale family-like home. The particular purpose of this work is to examine positive aspects of small scale family-like facilities, by now just rarely seen in The Czech republic. The findings can find use being recommended to other childcare facilities.
