Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zacílena na vytvoření projektové dokumentace žádosti o dotaci z Operačního programu Životní prostředí Ministerstva Životního prostředí pro společnost Praktik systém s.r.o. se sídlem v Liberci. Dílčím cílem je analýza možností podpory malých a středních podniků s akcentem na podporu podnikání z fondů EU. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska řešené problematiky, vytyčení pojmů malý a střední podnik a druhy podpory MSP. Ve druhé části práce jsou analyzovány možnosti čerpání podpory MSP ze zdrojů EU, je popsán proces tvorby žádosti a postup získání dotace. Následně je proces získání dotace z Operačního programu Životní prostředí zpracován konkrétně pro firmu Praktik systém s.r.o. včetně vypracování projektové dokumentace a analýzy projektu. Vyhodnocení projektu je provedeno v závěru práce.
The goal of the bachleor's thesis is to create the project documentation of a grant application for the company Praktik system s.r.o. (LLC) based in Liberec. The aim of the application is to request funds from the Environment operation programme provided by the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic. Another goal of the thesis is the analysis of the possibilities for the support of small and medium enterprises with the emphasis on EU funds allocated for the support of SMEs. The first part of the thesis deals with the basic introduction to the matter, the current state of affairs and defining the terms Small and Medium Enterprise and possibilities of the support for SMEs. The possibilities for the funding of SMEs by the programmes provided by the EU, the process of drafting a grant application and the steps taken when carrying out the grant are analysed in the second part of the thesis. The final part of the thesis describes in detail the process of obtaining funds from the Environment operation programme for the Praktik systém LLC in particular, including creating the project documentation and project analysis. The thesis is concluded by the evaluation of the resulting project.
