Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské je studium mechanických vlastností textilních potahových materiálů sedaček do aut. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy spojené s výrobou autopotahů. Dále je zde popsána struktura používaných textilních materiálů spolu se zkouškami požadovaných vlastností na potahové textilie používané v automobilovém průmyslu. V praktické části byly testovány nejprve samostatné vzorky textilií, a poté spoje vzniklé kombinací vzorků. Zkoumáno bylo dále chování jednotlivých materiálů a jejich náročnost při zpracování.
The goal of this bachelor work is to study mechanical characteristics of materials used for making car seat´s covers. In the theoretical part one are explained basic terms which are linked with the process of developing covers for car seat´s. The structure of textile materials for car seat´s along with the testing of car seat´s properties needed in automotive industry is also explained in this part of the work. The practical part two of this work is concentrating on testing the textile materials. First tests were here to discover the characteristics of materials. In the next step the seams of joint materials were tested. Apart from these tests other important thing to find out was the behaviour of materials (seam, structure, yarn, thread) and how hard is to work with them in the process of manufacturing.
