Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje otázkám retribučního soudnictví. Konkrétně rekonstruuje na základě analýzy pramenů a jejich komparací s poznatky z odborné literatury činnost trestní nalézací komise v Děčíně v letech 1946 - 1948. Úkolem komise bylo potrestat menší přečiny kolaborace. Pohraniční poloha fungování TNK výrazně determinovala nejen v typologii případů, ale i v řadě praktických úkonů. První část práce je teoretická, věnuje se ustanovení trestní nalézací komise v Děčíně. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na samotnou činnost trestní nalézací komise v Děčíně. Pozornost je věnována pohlaví, věku, zaměstnání, provinění a národnosti odsouzených. Poslední část charakterizuje jednotlivá provinění a vybrané případy. Součástí práce je soupis obžalovaných, které trestní nalézací komise v Děčíně soudila. Podstatná část práce je postavena na analýze archivního materiálu, který je uložen ve Státním okresním archívu v Děčíně.
The diploma thesis analyses one of the aspects of retribution justice. It reconstructs the functioning of the penalty finding commission in Děčín 1946 - 1948 based on the analysis of historical sources and their comparison with findings from literature. The main task of the commission was to punish smaller collaboration offences. The functioning of the commission was highly determined by its frontier location not only in the typology of cases but also in a range of practical operations. The first part of the work is theoretical, it devotes to establishment of the Penalty finding commission in Děčín. The second part of the work focuses on the activity of the Penalty finding commission at Děčín. The attention is paid to the gender, age, occupation, offences and nationality. The last part of the work characterizes the individual offences and selected cases. The attachment contains a list of accused persons, sentenced by the Penalty finding commission at Děčín. A significant part of the thesis is based upon analyses of archive materials, which are deposited in the State District Archives Děčín.
