dc.description.abstractCílem mé diplomové práce bylo systémově ošetřit proces uvolňování prvních vzorků komponent vstupujících do výrobního procesu firmy Continental. Podnětem pro tuto práci byly neshody, nesrovnalosti a vzájemně se prolínající zodpovědnosti jednotlivých oddělení do výše jmenovaného procesu zainteresovaných. Výsledkem diplomové práce je návrh interní směrnice vyjasňující proces uvolňování a především jednoznačně určující přesná rozhraní mezi zodpovědnostmi jednotlivých oddělení.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of my thesis was the system´s safeguarding process concerning the releasing of the first samples of components incoming into Continental production process. The inputs of this thesis were disagreements, discrepancies and mutual responsibilities of individual departments which are involved in above mentioned process. The result of the thesis is a proposal of the internal directive which clarifies releasing process itself and primarily unequivocally determines the exact boundary between the responsibilities of the individual departments.en
