Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategii udržitelného rozvoje malého a středního podniku. Cílem práce je pokusit se nalézt vhodnou strategii pro vybranou společnost D&D ELEKTROMONT s.r.o. Navržená strategie by měla splňovat podmínku udržitelného rozvoje a přinášet stabilní výši tržeb a zisku. V první části jsou rozpracována témata malého a středního podnikání, finanční analýzy, strategické analýzy, krizových situací a inovací. Na základě poznatků z teoretické rešerše je v praktické části použita strategická analýza. Výstupy ze strategické analýzy jsou seskupeny do konfrontační matice a na základě výsledků z konfrontační matice je navržena nejvhodnější strategie udržitelného rozvoje.
Diploma thesis is focused on the strategy of sustainable development of small and medium enterprise. Main goal is to try to find the most suitable strategy for chosen company D&D ELEKTROMONT s.r.o. Proposed strategy should include the condition of sustainable development and should bring stable amount of revenues and profit. First part of the thesis consists of topics about small and medium entrepreneurship, financial analysis, strategic analysis, critical situations and innovations. In practical part is used the strategic analysis, based on knowledge acquired from theoretical part. Outputs of strategic analysis are put together into SWOT confrontation matrix and based on results from the matrix is proposed the best possible sustainable development strategy for the company.
