dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se podrobně zabývá postavením hlavy státu České republiky a jejími formálními a reálnými pravomocemi. V první části jsou rozebrány příklady jednotlivých politických systémů, jejich vymezení a zařazení České republiky. Prezident České republiky je v krátkosti porovnán s prezidentem Slovenské republiky díky společnému historicky-geografickému kontextu. Druhá část rozebírá postavení prezidenta ČR s historickým ohlédnutím na postavení prezidenta Československa a tvorbu Ústavy ČR. Následně jsou rozebrány prezidentské samostatné a kontrasignované pravomoci, ze kterých jsou vyvozeny formální a reálné pravomoci. V poslední části je dopodrobna analyzována proměna z nepřímé na přímou prezidentskou volbu. V závěru jsou shrnuty všechny poznatky bakalářské práce.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis deals in detail with the position of the president of the Czech Republic and its formal and real powers. The first part discusses examples of different political systems, their definition, and the classification of the Czech Republic. The President of the Czech Republic is briefly compared with the President of the Slovak Republic due to the common historical-geographical context. The second part discusses the position of the President of the Czech Republic with a historical look back at the position of the President of Czechoslovakia and the creation of the Constitution of the Czech Republic. Subsequently, presidential independent and counter-signed powers are discussed, from which formal and real powers are derived. In the last part, the transformation from indirect to direct presidential election is analyzed in detail. Finally, all the findings of the bachelor thesis are summarized.	en
