dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis deals with building savings and focuses on comparison of the products of Czech building and loan associations. The beginig of the thesis concentrates on the history of building savings. Second chapter aims at the function of building savings. Concequently, a detailed characteristics of products of building saving in included. The thesis also pays attention to second amendment of act which focuses on building savings. Next chapter comments on the building and loan associations working on our market, and it also mentions membership of the building and loan associations in various organizations. Fifth chapter describes the building saving market trends in the Czech Republic from the beginning of the implementation of building savings until present. The man part of the thesis depicts and subsequently compares conditins of paricular products of Czech building and loan associations. The brief recapitulation of the whole theme is given in the last section of this work.en
dc.description.abstractTato anotace se zabývá stavebním spořením a zaměřuje se na komparaci produktů českých stavebních spořitelen. Na začátku práce je nastíněna historie stavebního. Druhá kapitola práce se zabývá funkcí stavebního spoření. Následuje podrobnější obecná charakteristika produktů stavebního spoření. Pozornost je věnována také druhé novele zákona o stavebním spoření a shrnutí výhod a nevýhod stavebního spoření. V další kapitole jsou představeny stavební spořitelny působící na našem finančním trhu a uvedeno je i členství stavebních spořitelen v různých organizacích. V páté kapitole je popsán vývoj trhu stavebního spoření od počátku zavedení stavebního spoření až po současnost. Ve stěžejní části práce jsou popsány a poté porovnány podmínky u jednotlivých produktů českých stavebních spořitelen. V závěru práce je rekapitulace všech kapitol.cs
