Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů determinujících vývoj nezaměstnanosti v ČR v letech 2005-2014. Analýza je prováděna statistickou metodou jednoduché a vícenásobné regresní analýzy, která zkoumá závislost nezaměstnanosti na vybraných faktorech. Analýza se skládá z části věnované České republice jako celku a části, která sleduje rozdíly vůči celorepublikovému vývoji v rámci Libereckého kraje. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení základních ekonomických pojmů a na metodiku výzkumu. V praktické části je stručně shrnut vývoj nezaměstnanosti v ČR a v Libereckém kraji ve sledovaném období, který slouží pro následně vyvozené závěry. Hlavní složka praktické části práce je věnována zhodnocení významnosti vybraných faktorů pro vývoj nezaměstnanosti a zkonstruování vícerozměrného modelu pro předpověď její budoucí velikosti v rámci republiky a Libereckého kraje. Údaje pro zhotovení práce byly čerpány z Českého statistického úřadu a z portálu Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí.
Aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse factors determining the development of unemployment in Czech Republic in the period 2005-2014. The analysis is conducted by the statistical method of a simple and a multiple regression, which examines the dependence of unemployment on selected factors. The analysis consists of two parts. First part is dedicated to the examination of the unemployment in the whole Czech Republic, while the second part observes the differences between the development of the country and the Liberec region. The theoretical part explains the basic terminology and the method of the conducted research. In the practical part is shortly summarised the development of the unemployment in Czech Republic and Liberec region in the chosen period, which serves for successive conclusions of the thesis. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to the evaluation of the significance of selected factors for the development of unemployment, followed by construction of a multiple regression model for its forecast for Czech Republic and Liberec region. The data for the research were obtained from the Czech Statistical Office and from the portal of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
