Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním problematiky motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku MIADEL s. r. o.. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení stávajícího systému motivace zaměstnanců a následné navrhnutí případných opatření, které vedou k zlepšení motivačního systému ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců. V praktické části je provedeno zhodnocení současného motivačního systému zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku pomocí výsledků anketních otázek a dotazníkového šetření na zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V poslední části bakalářské práce následovalo nastavení a vytvoření nového návrhu na motivační systém.
This bachelor thesis examines the issue of employee motivation in a selected sample corporation MIADEL s.r.o. (the Company). The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the existing employee motivation programs within the Company, and consequently to propose possible measures that would lead to a possible improvement of the incentive system within the Company. Firstly, the theoretical part focuses on the definitions of basic terms in the area of employee motivation. Secondly, the practical section evaluates the currentemployee motivation programs in the Company by using the results of questionnaires and a surveys to determine the work satisfaction of the employees of the Company. The last part of the thesis describes the design and a proposal of a new employee motivation program.
