Abstract
Hlavním cílem práce je zpracovat metodický materiál pro lezení na zajištěných cestách. Smyslem materiálu je podat ucelený přehled důležitých informací. K dílčím cílům patří studium literatury pro dané téma, analýza bezpečnostních standardů, uvedení právních aspektů činnosti v České republice a zahraničí. Finální metodický materiál pro danou činnost popisuje základní lezecké techniky, pravidla bezpečného pohybu po zajištěných cestách, popis vhodných nácviků pro děti a záchranné techniky použitelné pro běžné i krizové situace. Dále je popsáno potřebné vybavení na lezení po zajištěných cestách včetně obrázků a orientačních cen.
The main aim of this dissertation is to process the methodical material for climbing on climbing paths. The purpose is to provide an all rounded overview of important information for climbing climbing paths. The secondary aim is to examine the given theme, along with the study of the security standards and of the legal aspects of the activity in the Czech Republic and abroad. The final methodical material for the given activity describes the basic climbing techniques, the rules of safe movement on climbing paths, a description of appropriate exercises for children and the rescue techniques useful for everyday as well as more extreme situations. Furthermore, there is a description of equipment necessary for climbing on climbing paths including photographs and illustrative prices.
