dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá Fenoménem lhostejnosti tak, jak je pojato v díle Gillese Lipovetského Éra prázdnoty: Úvahy o současném individualismu a tématem narcismu, které s fenoménem lhostejnosti souvisí. Cílem práce je interpretovat toto dílo, vymezit základní pojmy s ním spojené a propojit je s dostupnými výzkumy v současnosti. Po vymezení základních pojmů se ústřední část práce věnuje rozboru knihy Éra prázdnoty, na kterou navázaly výzkumy provedené W. Keith Campbellem a spol. v USA. V další kapitole je uvedena koncepce Christophera Lasche a kritika této koncepce. Práce se také okrajově zabývá narcismem z psychologického a psychiatrického hlediska. V závěrečné kapitole je reflektována současná situace v České republice na pozadí výzkumu Františka Bartoše, který se jako jeden z mála odborníků tématem narcismu u nás zabývá. Závěr práce poukazuje na potřebu dalších překladů aktuálně dostupné zahraniční literatury na toto společensky významné téma.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with the phenomenon of indifference as it is conceived in the work of Gilles Lipovetsky: Era of Empty: Reflections on contemporary individualism and the topic of narcissism related to the phenomenon of indifference. The aim of the thesis is to interpret this piece of work, to define the basic concepts connected with it and to link them with available research at present. After defining the basic concepts, the central part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the book: Era of Empty, which was followed by research conducted by W. Keith Campbell and colleagues in the USA. In the next chapter is presented the concept of Christopher Lasch and as well the critique of his concept. The work also deals marginally with narcissism from a psychological and psychiatric point of view. The final chapter reflects the current situation in the Czech Republic at the background of research by František Bartoš, who is one of the few specialists in the topic of narcissism in our country. The conclusion of the work shows the need for further translations of the currently available foreign literature on this socially important topic.	en
