dc.description.abstractThe aim of the thesis is to characterize the Alexander Binzel welding technique Ltd. company and by using the selected methods analyze its financial situation, including the status of claims for the period 2008 - 2011. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is, at its beginning, characteristic of the parent company and subsequently the characteristics of its subsidiary company Alexander Binzel Ltd., its informational system and a description of a working day. The second part deals with the company?s financial analysis itself. Firstly it describes its purpose, sources of information and users of analysis. The next chapter describes the elementary methods, and then follows the analysis of company?s account statements. In conclusion, this paper summarizes the findings of the financial analysis.en
dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat firmu Alexander Binzel-svářecí technika spol. s r. o. a pomocí vybraných metod analyzovat i její finanční situaci včetně stavu pohledávek za období 2008 ? 2011. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části práce je uvedena charakteristika mateřské společnosti a následně charakteristika dceřiné společnosti Alexander Binzel spol. s r. o., její informační systém a popis průběhu pracovního dne. Druhá část se již zaobírá samotnou finanční analýzou podniku. Nejdříve je popsán její účel, zdroje informací a uživatelé analýzy. V další kapitole dochází k přehledu elementárních metod, za kterými následuje již samotný rozbor účetních výkazů společnosti. V závěru této práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z finanční analýzy a stavu pohledávek.cs
