dc.description.abstractA background research includes a common survey of ribbons' products, mechanical installations and materials for their production. Then there are described basic mechanismum of the machine Müller ND for the production of elastic bands and basic differenees between the production of elastic and inelastic bands. An experimental part is with a view to a consumption of material during the production of the elastic band with a different pretension of elastomer. It also watches changes of charaeteristies in a produced band by the effect of the change in the pretension of elastomer. In a conclusion ther are compared results of two methods for a calculation of a materiál consumption. In an enclosure there is a catalogue with a brief survey of the firm ELAS s r.o. productive programme.en
dc.description.abstractV rešeršní části najdete obecný přehled stuhařských výrobků, strojního zařízení a materiálu na jejich výrobu. Dále jsou charakterizovány základní mechanismy stroje Müller ND na výrobu pružných stuh a základní rozdíly mezi výrobou pružných a nepružných stuh. Experimentální část je zaměřena na spotřebu materiálu při výrobě pružné stuhy s různým předpětím elastomeru. Také sleduje změny vlastností vyráběné stuhy vlivem změny předpětí elastomeru. V závěru práce najdete porovnání výsledků dvou metod výpočtu spotřeby materiálu. Přílohou je katalog ve kterém je stručný přehled výrobního programu firmy ELAS s r.o.cs
