dc.description.abstractThe theme of the diploma work is "Securing of export operations" which is connected to the International system of payments, related to export risks together with financial instruments for International Trade. The theoretic part of the diploma work characterizes payment instruments used in cross- border payments and describes the risks, with which the exporters can meet in International Trade. Main part of this work is devoted to analysis of principals and rules of securing the risks in International Trade, the utilization of payment instruments and instruments of export financing in practice. The practice example is applied at Skoda Auto, the company which is one of the greatest exporters in the Czech Republic. The aim of this diploma work is to objectively analyze the forms of securing export operations from the side of the Trade Finance Department, which is responsible for indemnity of company export funds in Skoda Auto.en
dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je "Zajištění exportních operací", které je z hlediska zahraničního obchodu spojeno s mezinárodním platebním stykem, s ním souvisejících exportních rizik a používaných finančních nástrojů. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku platebních nástrojů používaných v mezinárodním platebním styku a popisem rizik, se kterými se exportéři na zahraničních trzích mohou setkat. Hlavní část práce je věnována analýze principů a zásad aplikovaných při zajištění rizik zahraničního obchodu, využívání jednotlivých platebních nástrojů, ale i nástrojů exportního financování, na praktickém příkladu předního českého exportéra, firmy Škoda Auto. Cílem této diplomové je objektivní zhodnocení jednotlivých forem zajištění exportních operací z pohledu oddělení Trade Finance, jež je zodpovědné za zabezpečení podnikových financí v oblasti exportu ve firmě Škoda Auto.cs
