Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit program, podporující rozvoj sociálních vztahů mezi dětmi ve školní družině.
V teoretické části rozvádím funkce a cíle školní družiny jakožto školského zařízení, přibližuji mladší školní věk s jeho specifiky v návaznosti na vývojovou a sociální psychologii. Uvádím zde, jaký vliv má vychovatelka ve školní družině na vztahy mezi dětmi a v neposlední řadě popisuji hru jako významnou součást života při rozvíjení sociálních dovedností dětí.
Empirická část obsahuje vstupní diagnostiku třídy, dotazníkové šetření a jeho vyhodnocení spolu se shrnutím rozhovorů realizovanými s dětmi.
Praktická část zahrnuje vymezení cílů a jejich vyhodnocení, průběh programu prostřednictvím her a aktivit s dílčími reflexemi a jeho celkové zhodnocení při závěrečné diskuzi s dětmi. Aby bylo možné dosáhnout požadovaných cílů, zaměřuji se na pohled do budoucna a uvádím některá opatření, s nimiž je možné udržet a rozvíjet pozitivní efekt programu a zcela tak naplnit stanovené cíle.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a program that supports the development of social relationships between children in a school daycare. In the theoretical part I elaborate the functions and goals of the school day care as a school facility, I introduce the younger school age with its specificities in relation to developmental and social psychology. I indicate the influence of the teacher in the school day care on the relationships between children and finally I describe game as an important part of life in developing children's social skills. The empirical part includes an initial classroom diagnosis, a questionnaire survey, and its evaluation together with a summary of the interviews conducted with the children. The practical part includes the definition of the objectives and their evaluation, the progress of the program through games and activities with partial reflections and its overall evaluation during the final discussion with the children. To achieve the desired goals, I focus on the future perspective and present some measures with which the positive effect of the program can be maintained and developed, thus fully meeting the set objectives.
