Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to část rešeršní a experimentální. Rešeršní část práce se zabývá historii punčochového zboží. Dále je zde propsán a vyhodnocen průzkum tuzemského trhu s punčochovými výrobky. Průzkum byl prováděn u společností Loana Rožnost a.s., Jitex COMFORT s.r.o. a Moira CZ a.s. Na to navazuje kapitola, která se zabývá materiálovými trendy ve výrobě vyskofunkčního punčochového zboží.Druhá část této práce popisuje experiment, který sledoval fyziologický komfort třech druhů funkčních ponožek od firmy Lorpen. Testování probíhalo za pomocí subjektivní a objektivní metody. V obou částí experimentu se hodnotili vlastnosti komfortu ponožek, jako byli prodyšnost, tepelná vodivost, vzlínavost a omak. Subjektivní testování probíhalo za pomoci pěti uživatelů, kteří testovali funkční ponožky v chladném podnebí Islandu po dobu jednoho měsíce. Objektivní metoda testování probíhala na Katedře oděvnictví za pomocí přístrojů.V závěru této práce je vyhodnocen cíl testování. Cílem práce bylo zjištění, zda funkční ponožky mají ty vlastnosti, které garantuje výrobce daného produktu. Tyto informace se porovnávali s metodou subjektivní a objektivní. V závěru je také doporučení jak by výrobce mohl své ponožky zlepšit pro větší komfort uživatele při aktivitách.
This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, a review and an experimental part. The review part firstly deals with the history of hosiery. As next it describes and evaluates a survey of the inland market with hosiery. The survey was done for companies Loana Rožnost a.s., Jitex COMFORT s.r.o. a Moira CZ a.s.. This is followed by a chapter, which deals with material trends in production of the functional hosiery.The second part of this thesis describes an experiment, which followed up the physiological comfort of three types of functional socks, made by Lorpen company. The experiment uses a subjective and an objective method. In both parts of experiment were evaluated comfort properties of socks, as an air permeability, thermal conductivity, capillarity and feel. Subjective testing was run by help of five users, which tested functional socks during one month in a cold climate of the Iceland. Objective method was done by using testing machines at the Department of Clothing, at the Technical university of Liberec.The conclusion of this thesis evaluates aims of the experiment. The object of this study was to determine, whether the functional socks have those properties, which are guaranteed by the manufacturer of that product. This information was compared with the objective and the subjective method. The conclusion also contains recommendation, how the manufacturer could improve their socks for a greater user comfort during activities.
