Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou postojů učitelů prvního stupně základních školk inkluzi. Teoretická část práce se věnuje historickému a současnému pojetí inkluze, jejímpodmínkám v našem státě, od kterých se odvíjí připravenost a postoje nejen učitelů, ale i celéspolečnosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zkoumání současných postojů a připravenostiučitelů k inkluzi na vybraných školách z Krkonoš ve dvou etapách šetření. Metodami šetřeníbyly dotazníky a rozhovory. Výsledky jsou pak propojeny mezi sebou a v širšíchsouvislostech ČR v závěru, kde je o nich diskutováno k utvoření celistvějšího pohledu nasoučasnou problematiku inkluze v našem státě.
This thesis deals with the analysis of attitudes of lower primary school teacherstowards inclusion. The teoretici part of the thesis to pays attention with the historici andcurrent koncept of inclusion, its conditions in our state, from what they are unfolding thereadiness and attitudes of not only teachers, but also society as a whole. The praktical partfocuses on exploration the current attitudes and preparedness of teachers to iclusion inselected schools in Krkonoše in two stages of the survey. The survey methods were questionnaires and interviews. The results are then linked together and in the wider kontextod the Czech Republic at the conclusion where they are discussed to create a more kompleteview of the current isme of inclusion in our state.
