Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí na vybrané aspekty socializačního procesu probíhajícího u jedinců ze sexuálních minorit. Pohlížení na jejich identifikační bariéry při začleňovaní do většinové společnosti. První část práce je zaměřena na definice základních pojmů, např. pohlavní identita, gender a sexuální identita. Po vymezení pojmů týkajících se sexuality a genderových rolí následuje pasáž věnována LGBT komunitě a jejich socializaci spojené s jejími důsledky. Důležitou částí práce je oddíl věnovaný fenoménu coming out a jeho specifikům pro jedince ze sexuálních minorit. V závěru je tématika směřována na přátele a rodinu těchto jedinců, jakožto jejich nejbližšímu interakčnímu zázemí.
The thesis is concerned with the aspects of the socialization process occurring at individuals from sexual minorities. The thesis is focusing on integration into society and the barriers during identification. The initial part of the thesis deals with fundamental concepts such as sexual identity and gender. After the definitions about sexuality and gender, the thesis is focused on LGBT community and their socialization also with its consequences. The important part of the thesis deals with the phenomena coming out and specifics of the process for the individuals from sexual minorities. The final part of the thesis is concerned with family and friends as the closest integration background.
