Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice šikany a kyberšikany pedagogů. Dále se zabývá vysvětlením definice těchto pojmů. Zaměřuje se nejen na problematiku šikany pedagogů ze strany dětí, ale také ze strany rodičů, kolegů a nadřízených. První kapitola pojednává o klasické šikaně. Zaměřuje se na šikanu ze strany žáků a rodičů. Dále jak těmto situacím v případě potřeby předcházet a jak je řešit. Druhá kapitola pojednává o kyberšikaně. Jedná se o útoky pomocí moderních technologií, jako jsou mobilní telefony, počítače a internet. Kapitola vysvětluje a definuje pojem kyberšikana, je zaměřená na různé formy a typy kyberšikany, popisuje výzkumy kybernetických útoků páchaných na učitelích a popisuje také možné preventivní opatření. V následujících kapitolách se zaměřujeme na útoky v pedagogickém kolektivu. Vysvětlujeme pojmy mobbing a bossing. Popisujeme jejich význam, možné důvody a formy. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá možnými kroky, které by měly být použity při mobbingu či bossingu. V empirické části bakalářské práce budou popsány použité metody, výzkumné otázky a průběh průzkumu. V dalších kapitolách popisujeme, jak probíhal pilotní průzkum a jeho výsledky. Následuje popis zkoumaného vzorku a především, v kapitole třináct, interpretujeme výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Informace jsme získávali pomocí kvantitativního výzkumného postupu a metodou dotazníku. V posledních kapitolách se nachází zodpovězené výzkumné otázky, navrhované opatření k popisované problematice a závěrečné shrnutí bakalářské práce.
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the issue of bullying and cyberbullying of educators. It goes on to explain the definition ot these terms. It focuses not only on the issue of bullying of educators by children, but also by parents, colleagues and superiors. The first chapter deals with classical bullying. It focuses on bullying by pupils and parents. Furthermore, how to prevent and deal with these situations, if necessary. The second chapter deals with cyberbullying. These are attacks using modern technologies such as mobile phones, computers and the internet. The chapter explains and defines the concept of cyberbullying, focuses on different forms and types of cyberbullying, describes research into cyber-attacks perpetrated against teachers and also describes possible preventive measures. In the following chapters we focus on attacks in the pedagogue collective. We explain the concepts of mobbing and bossing. We describe their significance, possible reasons and forms. The last chapter of the theoretical section deals with possible steps that should be used when mobbing or bossing occurs. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis will describe the methods used, the research questions and the course of the survey. In other chapters we describe how the pilot survey and its results were conducted. The following is a description of the sample examined and above all, in chapter thirteen, we interpret the results of the questionnaire investigation. We obtained the information using a quantitive research procedure using the questionnaire method. In the last chapter there are answered research questions, proposed measures for the described issues and a final summary of the bachelor's thesis.
