Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací pojistné ochrany vybraného subjektu. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska, na která navazuje praktická část. Práce se nejprve zabývá problematikou rizik, risk managementu a pojištění. Dále se teoretická část věnuje soukromému pojištění. Podrobněji popsáno je hlavně pojištění majetku, kterému se praktická část práce věnuje nejvíce. Praktická část se nejprve zaobírá charakteristikou sdružení podnikatelů Dřevona Lovčice, v další části je proveden risk management, díky kterému je možné zhodnotit současnou pojistnou ochranu vybraného subjektu, a také je provedena analýza preferencí majitelů při výběru vhodné pojistné ochrany. Poslední, stěžejní část práce, se zabývá vytvořením hodnotícího modelu a analýzou nabídek jednotlivých pojišťoven. V závěru práce je vybrána optimální pojistná ochrana pro vybraný subjekt.
Bachelor thesis deals with optimization of insurance protection of the selected subject. In the first part of the bachelor thesis, there are described theoretical starting points, which are followed by the practical part. At first place, this work deals with problematics of risks, risk management and insurance. Further more, the theoretical part deals with private insurance and more specifically describes the insurance of a property, which the practical part of the work is focused on. The practical part describes firstly the characteristics of the association of entrepreneurs Dřevona Lovčice, followed by risk management, which enables to evaluate the current insurance protection of the selected entity and also the analysis of the preferences of owners during selecting the appropriate insurance protection is provided. The last, pivotal part deals with the creation of model of evaluation and analysis of individual insurance companies' offers. At the end of the thesis optimal insurance protection is chosen for the selected subject.
