dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá etickými otázkami spojenými s genderovou problematikou v základním školství v České republice. Práce analyzuje koncept genderu, jeho vztah k etice a zkoumá genderové stereotypy v kontextu školního prostředí. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována aplikaci různých etických teorií na problematiku genderových nerovností ve vzdělávání a implementaci genderově citlivých metod. Práce také poskytuje mezinárodní perspektivu, srovnávající situaci v České republice s globálními trendy a osvědčenými postupy. Cílem práce je nejen analyzovat současný stav, ale také nabídnout strategie pro vytvoření spravedlivějšího a inkluzivnějšího vzdělávacího systému.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor's thesis examines ethical issues related to gender in primary education in the Czech Republic. The work analyzes the concept of gender, its relationship to ethics, and explores gender stereotypes in the school environment. Special attention is given to the application of various ethical theories to gender inequalities in education and the implementation of gender-sensitive methods. The thesis also provides an international perspective, comparing the situation in the Czech Republic with global trends and best practices. The aim of the work is not only to analyze the current state but also to offer strategies for creating a more equitable and inclusive educational system.	en
