Abstract
Anotace
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou působení Asistenta pedagoga v základní škole. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak vnímá asistent pedagoga své působení ve třídě a jak spolupracuje s pedagogem, jaké jsou jeho kompetence ve vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, včetně přínosu, který těmto žákům přináší.
Bakalářská práce vychází ze studia odborné literatury a následného kvantitativního průzkumu, který probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření.
Teoretická část práce přináší základní informace o historii vzniku funkce asistenta pedagoga, právní ukotvení v příslušných zákonech a vyhláškách a popisuje základní okruhy činností, které v běžné základní škole vykonává. Celkově mapuje fungování asistenta v prostředí běžné základní školy.
V praktické části bylo využito dotazníkového šetření k zjištění odpovědí na průzkumné otázky. Průzkumným vzorkem byli asistenti pedagoga, kteří působí v běžných základních školách v Libereckém kraji.
Annotation This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the teaching assistant´s role in elementary school. The aim of the thesis is to provide a general overview of how the teaching assistants perceive their work in the classroom and how they collaborate with the teacher, what are their competencies in terms of educating students with special educational needs, including the benefits they bring to these students. The thesis is based on a literature review and subsequent quantitative research conducted through a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part of the thesis provides basic information about the history of the teaching assistant position, its legal framework in relevant laws and regulations, and describes the basic areas of activities performed in elementary school. In general, this thesis examines the work of the teaching assistant in the environment of a regular elementary school. In the practical part, the questionnaire survey was used to obtain answers to the research questions. The research sample was represented by teaching assistants working in elementary schools located in the region of Liberec.
