Abstract
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku asistentů pedagoga v inkluzivním vzdělávání na prvním stupni základních škol. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou nebo-li výzkumnou. V teoretické části jsou za pomoci odborné literatury informace, které jsou důležité k pochopení role asistenta pedagoga. Informace o kompetencích či pracovní náplni asistentů pedagoga jsou zaneseny také v teoretické části. V neposlední řadě se v teoretické části objevují i podpůrná opatření, která mívají žáci s SVP při jejich vzdělávání. Druhou částí diplomové práce je výzkumné šetření, které probíhalo v Libereckém kraji na pěti základních školách v okrese Českolipsko. Pro uskutečnění výzkumu byly na základě zadaných podmínek vytipovány základní školy, kde se následně výzkumné šetření provedlo. Vlastní výzkumné šetření bylo založeno na dotazníkovém šetření, při kterém byli dotazováni jak pedagogové, tak samotní asistenti pedagoga. Každá pozice na problematiku asistenta pedagoga pohlíží jinak, ale existují určité podmínky i situace, na kterých se shodnou.
This thesis is devoted to the issues of a teacher assistant in inclusive education at lower level of an elementary school. The thesis is devided to theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part there is given information which is necessary to understand the role of teacher assistants. There is also written the information about the authorities and the content of their work. Last but not least there are also mentioned supporting measures, which are typical for students with specific needs during their studies. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the research which was done in five elementary schools in Liberec region district of Česká Lípa. According to assigned conditions five schools in this region were selected and followingly the research was done at these schools. The research was done as a questionnaire form, which was submitted to teachers and also to teacher assistants. As the research shows, their views are not completely the same, but in several occassions they have the similar point of view.
